Everyone has envisioned how we come out of this pandemic and what it would mean for us. Can the economy recover? Will employers be able to bring on all their staff? What will happen to housing ?

With a strong start in the real estate market in 2020, and the virus pausing most transactions, I personally believe there will be pent up demand after sales and listings dropped by 50%. People still need homes to live in and we must accept that we have a shortage of supply.
